Sharon, Volunteer as a training instructor for the Citizen Emergency Response Team, planning team member for emergency training exercises, and volunteer for local training exercises. Volunteer for Mrs. Colorado Pageant as the judges’ chairman and making winner’s state costume for the Mrs. America Pageant.
Help with others fundraising activities, i.e. the Hospice of St John Mad Hatter Tea Party, Cat Society. Mile High Magicians as needed.
I created an entire water related magic show to teach recycling, reuse, and care of our national resources. I performed this at Water Festivals and special presentations.

BACKGROUND/WORK EXPERIENCE (briefly):
Worked for United States Government Bureau of Reclamation as a Hydraulic Engineer for 38 years. I worked in Water Resources, Safety, Sedimentation Surveys, and was detailed to FEMA for 8 declared national disasters,
Worked on Emergency Action Plans for the National Park Service and Bureau of Indian Affairs.
Sharon is married to Richard Nuanes who she met while volunteering for the Jerry Lewis Telethon. She has two children Heather and Jeremy and two her brilliant and beautiful grandchildren Lily and Odin that take after her. She worked 38 years for the Bureau of Reclamation as a Dam Engineer. Now retired she dances, sews and plays with her grandchildren.
PHILOSOPHY OF LIFE:
